Our mission is to enhance Hyphocus island into a sustainable and attainable neighbourhood for the people who need it. We are a family owned business with a history of owning and managing properties across Vancouver Island. We are not a typical development company, but a small group of passionate individuals who care about the environment and the community. We aim to balance the preservation of the natural beauty of the island with the creation of quality housing opportunities for local residents.
